Sheraton Broadway Plantation Myrtle Beach, SC. 2 bedroom 2 bath (not lockoff) unit. Deeded as Week 41, Unit 1640, floats weeks 9-43, 47. The fees will be due in January 2012 and are $965, You get Starwood preference in Interval. It can also be traded with RCI.

I will take care of all transfer fees.
