We have a week 33 at Foxrun Resort in Lake Lure, NC. It is unit 84 and has no steps to enter the unit. It is a tri-level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, but not a lock-out
Due to health issues, we are no longer able to travel this far. It has been a good trader with II and last year's week was traded for Marriott at Ford Colony in Wiliamsburg, Va during high time.
We will pay all fees and include the 2016 week with no re-imbursement of maintenance fees. A $50 Visa will be included after closing to cover some vacation costs.
Thanks
Pat

That is the correct RCI number for Foxrun.
History shows it trades MUCH better with II FXR

Yes your right about the crummy value with RCI.
I owned there, a deeded plus when they broke from Wyndham, for $1000 converted to points 154000 points, a resale.
It was the second week of June. Unit 314

Last Time i traded in through RCI, it had a value of 17
Before portal. I never traded through II. I didn't want to learn a whole new system. Fox run was managed by Variety. So you could have access to all three systems.
With all the fees to go with them.

It would be an interesting buy if you already have memberships to all three systems.
