I have owned this 2 bedroom in the Lakes section - though you have the option to stay in the Cascades - for 15 years but now that the kids are long gone I now enter a different season of my life. I flip flop between Lakes and Cascades and have stayed in May, March, and October.

I have used my time this year so when you buy, your usage starts in 2018. Selling unit for $0.00 and I will pay transfer fees. Your only responsibility will be to pay the maintenance fee for 2018 when due in January 2018.

2 bedroom, 2 bath, washer/dryer in unit, sleeps 8, maintenance fee total $969.97

This resort is Great for families - plenty of children's activities along with 7 pools ranging from the Super Pool to the smaller quiet pool in the Springs section. Plus, the kids get their own bedroom and tv so come nightfall they have their own space to go to till lights out - no sharing the same hotel room where they try to stay up as late as you do and don't get the rest they need! They have also added a family friendly escape game. Great for couples as well with plenty of room to spread out. Plus Lakes and Cascades have elevators so no lugging your bags up stairs!

Nice convenience store in the Cascades where you can enjoy a coffee from Starbucks or a great sandwich at the deli, free computer access to print boarding passes or net surfing and to many items to help stock your kitchen or closet.

Restaurants are on sight plus room service for good pizza, nachos, hot dogs, etc available after 5pm nightly. Three fitness centers, two smaller ones plus a larger one by the Fountains pool. If you like walking the resort is great for that! If tennis is your game there are plenty of courts.

And of course location, location, location! Disney is close and Universal and Sea World are also a short ride away. Walmart and Publix are nearby for those items you forgot to pack as well as for that big grocery run! Great place to start your vacations come 2018!
