My son and daughter have left the nest so I no longer need a ski week. This fixed week 50 2 bed 2 bath unit at Blue Ridge Village in Banner Elk NC is in a renovated Phase one unit (Phase one board is owner controlled) which is extremelly nice and very large (over 1300 square feet). After the renovation this unit is Marriott comparable as a couple of BRV owners here on TUG can attest. The 2 bed unit sleeps 7 and has a 2 story den with a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, master bed room upstairs with a master bath, and everything else downstairs including the other bed room, den, bath, kitchen, and dining area. There are 2 private decks, one off of the upstairs master bed room and the other off of the den. You can see the ski slopes at Sugar Mountain from both decks and also watch the Sugar fest fieworks from your private balconies. Walk straight into the main level from your parking spot right in front of the door. Indoor pool, lake, lodge, activities, and much more.

I will pay the closing using http://timetraveltraders.com/ . 2011 MF's are paid in full and nothing is owedon this week. The 2011 week is currently available but listed for rent. If it rents before I find a new owner the week will not be available until 2012.

Week 50 is the annual Sugar Fest at Sugar Mountain December 10th and 11th 2011. Here is the 2011 link
http://www.seesugar.com/tourism/sugarfest/. There is a huge fireworks show Saturday night at dark that you can see from the balcony of your room. There are free ski demo's, live band, ice carving, snowball eating contest, and much more. This is the last week before the ski lift tickets and rental rates jump to the much higher holiday rates. Your room is about a mile from Sugar Mountain Ski resort (the largest ski resort in North Carolina), 2.1 miles from Hawkesnest which has the largest/longest snow tubing runs on the east coast (http://www.hawksnest-resort.com/defaulttubing.php) , 10 miles to Beech Mountain Ski resort, and 19 miles to Appalachian Ski Resort. This resort is in the middle of everything. In addition it is only about 8 miles to Grandfather Mountain and less than 10 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

2011 MF's are paid in full. I will give the new owner this year's week 50 to use for free and pay closing costs. Free timeshare, free week, PM me.

I think $650 total taxes and everything. I will check tomorrow and post after I make sure that is correct.

I already have the 2012 bill (due January 1st, late fees after Feb 2nd) and it is exactly $656 for the 2012 MF's. If you have any questions please ask it here or PM me.

Amp thanks for the bump. I am about to deposit this week with RCI and wanted to offer the 2011 week to anyone who wants to own this timeshare for free before I deposit it.
