This is a fixed week 31 Sunday to Sunday rental. Sleeps 6. Annual maintenance fee is $761 and due at time of transfer. The Links is not on the beach, however, they have a Cabana at the beach and offer shuttle service to the beach.

Thank you for posting the pictures. It is a nice resort in a really nice area. Its also a great week. We spent quite a few years there with the kids. There is just so much to do!!! RCI trading power is also awesome. We've gone to South Dakota, Florida, New Hampshire, Hilton Head, and quite a few other destinations. Unfortunately we are just not travelling much anymore due to my husbands health issues and the kids just don't want it.

looks nice, does MF include taxes and are there any resort fees? Could you cover 2020 MF and chip in for half of the transfer costs?
