2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, corner loft unit sleeps 6, overlooking the tennis/pickle board courts. Nice long balcony with views of the ski mountains.

Air conditioned and ceiling fan.

Fitness and game room. Large heated indoor and outdoor pools and 2 large indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Swim towels provided.

A sauna. Nice locker rooms. A movie theater and scheduled activities and excursions, like guided hikes, kayaking, crafts, bingo, campfires, music. Ice cream shop and visiting food trucks.

Discounted tickets to local attractions.

Towel exchange and trash removal as needed. If you stay 7+ days you get a free mid week cleaning.

And includes FREE DAY USAGE of the facilities pretty much any time!

In Lincoln: live theater and movie theater, shops, breweries, supermarket, liquor store. Everything you need!

You can access the paved walking trail right from the resort and either walk into town or walk up to Loon Resort area along the scenic Pemigewasset River.

And of course, all the beauty and activities the White Mountain National Forest has to offer, fishing, hiking, swimming, tubing, waterfalls, caves, etc.,
as well as in Franconia and Crawford Notch, and the Kancamagus Highway to North Conway.

Unlimited things to do. We have owned since 2015 and getting older now so feel its time to say goodbye to it.

You can convert to points. Innseason has its own system if you want. Or - Also you can belong to RCI OR II.

We've never stayed at Pollard Brook but did stay up the road at Village of Loon Mountain a couple of years ago and can vouch for Lincoln as a great town in the middle of some awesome country.

We have a reservation at Pollard Brook for July25-August 1, 2027, which I believe is Week 31.

I'd jump on this except I'm getting older, too (80) and after just buying two Marriott weeks, I vowed not to buy any more timeshares.

Thanks. No, that’s week 30 you have. Week 31 is the first week of August.

Enjoy next year! I hope someone will grab it and enjoy it as much as we have! We live in the NH Lakes Region not too far from Lincoln so we can come up to the area whenever we want.

Yes getting older changes a lot of things for sure!

I own 2 bed week 31 odd years, agree this is a great deal. I’m in Massachusetts and also like using the facilities when I’m skiing at Loon or hiking in the whites a few times a year.

It’ll take a little while to finalize. Innseasons is very cautious with how they approve transfers right down to the color ink we use. Which they should be. Paperwork will be sent to me. I then have to send the “ buyer’s” paper work to the buyer. She completes it and sends it plus the transfer fee to the corporate office so they can approve it. I also send my paperwork to corporate.

But I’m happy to get the process started and have someone else enjoy it as much as we have.
