There isn’t an all inclusive option on this membership, but the resort may do that separately. It’s a studio with one bed and a pullout sofa for four people max.

Can the points only be used for one studio or can they be used for a two studios at a time, half the nights? Or a suite? Trying to see if it can accommodate a larger group

The weeks for gold season matches the link posted above. That link is from Hilton. You can use Fiesta points at some Hilton locations.

The membership is all points and can be used however you like. The season is really just a reference point. Points chart attached.

$722 is the 2024 fee total and includes membership dues and Mx fees. They will go up some as was mentioned.

I’ll ask for the forms you’d need to fill out.

What information is required by the Developer regarding the purchaser?

Here is the reply I received. Initially all they want is an ID from each of us. If you’re interested, I can send that and cc you on the email. If you prefer to send it direct to FAVC, I’ll do the same and we can just trade names so they can hopefully match us up.

• Assignment of rights to third parties (Transfer):
  • ????In this option you transfer your membership to another person so they can continue enjoying our service.
  • The agreement of this sale is personal since you own your membership. These are the requirements for the process:
    • Id of the buyer, ????membership owner and co-owner.
  • ???????Once we receive these documents, we will send you some forms that you must fill out, sign and return to us later. By the time the documents are verified and everything is in order, the transfer will be complete.
  • ???????The cost of this procedure is 100 USD.
