Giving away free our Fairways of the Mountains at Lake Lure North Carolina, odd Week 27, two bedroom lock-off unit. Fairways of the Mountains checks in on Sunday and Week 27 falls 4th of July week in 2023. Usage starts in 2023.

I just paid the 2022 dues of $487.50. Dues are paid annually and maintenance fees will start in 2023. Fairways is dual affiliated with both RCI and Interval International. We have only traded it in Interval. We lock the unit off into two one bedrooms and it trades great - we traded for 1 bedrooms at Marriott KoOlina and Marriott Ocean Pointe over the last few years.

Buyer pays closing. I recommend LT Transfers (they charge $175). This ownership is great for gaining access to both Interval International and RCI since it is dual affiliated. And the ability to lock off into two one bedrooms gives you value for trading. Fairways does not charge a lock-off fee either.
