Maintenance fees for 2020 have been paid and the seller will pay closing cost and transfer fees. LT transfers will be used to complete the transfer. Unit is free and clear and has been a great trader with RCI. Maintenance fee is $899. unit number is 3404 and the season is blue. Any questions please message me. Was trying to sell on Ebay but the winning bidder hasn't returned any emails or phone calls so that purchase has been cancelled.

Since you already made a listing for ebay, consider relisting it with the phrases 'Christmas week' and 'wk51' in the title, add 'maintenance fees paid for 2020 free use' as a subtitle, and use a generic pic of New Bern at Christmas time for the cover photo. I can't tell from your old listing if it is an annual, a biennial, or something else. Move the generic stuff about the resort to the bottom of the details section and list the important information (week, fees, transfer cost - paid by whom, first usage, etc.) in bold in the beginning.

FYI this isn't operated or managed by Wyndam. The management is Resort Management Group. At one time Wyndham did manage this property but that relationship ended in 2011 or 2012. In case anyone wants to know.

Is the Sandcastle Village I the units surrounded by the lake. And is this an end unit?
I do not want to purchase this unit. OK.

It is surrounded by the lake not sure if it's a end unit or not I'm trying to help my parents sell/transfer this unit. The unit number is 3404 if that helps.
