I’m offering our Club Exploria Timeshare FREE of charge, purchaser will pay closing costs. There are 36 resorts to choose from across the United States and the Caribbean, our home base is The Pocono’s.

Our timeshare is points based 547 every other year. This allows you the freedom to choose where and when you would like to travel. All maintenance fees are paid up to date until December 31st 2026.

The purchaser is responsible for all closing costs. We are unable to travel and that’s why we are selling. We have enjoyed Club Exploria’s resort offerings and they also provide links to hundreds of RCI resorts and offer a full Travel Agency department cruising, hotels, flights etc. When you utilize their travel services you earn points and that can be used towards additional travel accommodations.

Sorry to say but what you paid is irrelevant. What, if anything, will someone do to obtain it.

You should also not just put around, people want specifics on MF and they want to know what year 2026 or upcoming 2027.

Vague statements are not your friend in this situation.

I do not know enough about Exploria to know what 547 points would even obtain. And is this every even year or odd year, that may also make a difference to some.
 
Thanks so much for your comments. I’m new to this forum but totally understand where you are coming from. In regards to MF I paid $1800.00 last year so that includes until December 31st 2026. The points will get you anywhere a week and longer. It depends on the resort and time of year . To stay in a 2 bedroom 2 years ago in Florida it was 225 expos (points) for a week. Last year I put all of my Expos towards my MF. Also it’s ODD year but that doesn’t matter because you have 2 years to use your expos (points) and can purchase additional expos if you need. Some of the Caribbean resorts are a lot less 50 expos for a week but you usually need to purchase their all inclusive packages.
 
And the number of expos changes depending on the time of year. But you can travel anytime.
