This is a 1,600 odd year points timeshare at Las Palmeras. It is a Studio unit. All fees are paid currently. Next fees due would be 2021. This timeshare also has 5k bonus points available 02/29/20. MF at the time I paid was ~$870 ( it was combined with the first time buyer dues so I cant see it as a separate line item).

Home Week: 46
Season: Gold

At this time the amount of points that would be available to you after the transfer are the 5k bonus points in February.

Small caveat, timeshare has a mortgage on it. If you are interested I'll take care of the mortgage as long as you sign the required transfer documents. I will take care of the transfer fees as well.

@Bmoe Just a suggestion - try to use your bonus points before the transfer.

The fact that I cant edit my own OP is disturbing to say the least...ok everyone no bonus points come with this transaction unfortunately....I am willing to book any vacations for you with them though if you want to buy.
