Enchanted Isle.
I am giving away my timeshare at Enchanted Isle Resort One Bedroom Bldg 4 -401. Resort is located at Hollywood Beach, Florida it is available starting March 8 -15, 2025. Fixed week 10. Trades very well on RCI. I will pay closing costs and transfer fees. I use LT Transfers. Maintenance $802.00 in 2024.

Your week 10 in 2025 coincides with March school break for Ontario Canada's Provincial School Boards.
So if you don't quickly find a buyer - you should be able to rent the 2025 week.
