We have freely given away two timeshares. This is the final one to give away. There is no mortgage on this timeshare. Title is clean. All the fees are paid up to date. Relax in your own two-story, Mediterranean townhouse with all the comforts of home in Vacation Villas at FantasyWorld Resort. Each unit features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and other modern conveniences. Our amenities include three swimming pools, two lighted tennis courts, an activities center, business center, exercise room, activities room and a pool bar. The concierge desk arranges transportation to and from the area's attractions, as well as tickets to an array of entertainment choices including Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios Florida.

Annual Floating Weeks: Gold weeks
Week(s): float in Wk #1 to #4, Wk#18 to #23, Wk#37 to #45, and Wk#48 to #50

Feature: Vacation Villas at Fantasy World is comprised of two-story Mediterranean-style townhomes. Each townhome features 2-bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the second with two twin beds, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with pull-out sofa, dining area, breakfast bar and screened-in patio.

Annual maintenance fee: $728 (2016 already paid)

Seller will be responsible for:
1. Resort transfer fee: approximately $50 - $100 (what is charged by the resort)
2. e-Recording fee: ~$50
3. Closing cost: $275

Buyer will :

2. enjoy a free week in 2016
