The maintenance fees for the 3-bedroom unit are around $990.

All Cypress Pointe ownership is floating-week 3BR-3BA lock-off units.

Some ownership is for higher-demand weeks (Diamond Season). The rest is for "quiet time" weeks (Emerald Season). (They are what they are & cannot be changed from how they started out.)

Diamond Season owners can also reserve Emerald weeks.
