Full Disclosure: Cypress Pointe was our 1st timeshare -- bought sight unseen, resale, in 2002. It was great. We deeded our unit back to the timeshare company after the fallout from the formerly independent HOA getting outlawyered by the developer of record. That was 2014 or so, before Diamond Resorts got taken over by Hilton. So it goes.

It's actually 2 blocks from the entrance to Disney property.

Yes, 0.7 MILES, when walking (from Blue Tree Resort as you'll notice Cypress Pointe is north of Blue Tree). And that is to the entrance of Disney Property. Go about another mile or so to get to Disney Springs and another 4-10 miles past that to get to a Disney Park. Sounds like a wonderful stroll in 95 degree heat. Hardly "across the street" from Cypress Pointe (I would know, I've done this dozens of times). Don't get me wrong, it's a wonderful property. Just be honest about distance if you're going to include that because many folks are not for Florida and will take your words literally.
