Just pay closing costs of $475 and $1,500 resort transfer fee/prepaid maintenance fees, and RCI Points fee if taking ownership as points.

Annual 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, sleeps 10. Unit G101 on deed

Summer Season, weeks 24-32. Deeded week 29

Maintenance fees of $1,075.

Points available in 2020 if taker wants to reimburse, otherwise usage begins in 2021.
