I am looking to give away my Las Vegas Club De Soleil timeshare ownership to a good home. The property is fully paid off, and I will cover 100% of the closing and transfer costs to ensure a smooth transaction for the new owner.
Resort Details:

• Resort Name: Club De Soleil
• Location: Las Vegas
• Unit Size: 2 bedroom, 2 bath
• Frequency: Every year, 1 week
• Season / Week: float
• First Year of Usage: 2027

Financial Status:

• Mortgage: $0.00 (Fully paid off)
• Current Maintenance Fees: $1321 (after tax), completely paid up.

Transfer Details:
I am offering this for a purchase price of $1.00. To make this completely hassle-free for you, I will personally pay for the Club De Soleil transfer fee and the county recording fees.
I intend to use a trusted, low-cost closing company like LT Transfers to handle the legal deed transfer safely through escrow.

This is not managed by Westgate, it's managed by Soleil Management. Now it will be managed by Wyndham because Wyndham took over the Soleil-managed resorts. We'll see how that transition goes.

Yes. You are correct. I also own a Westgate Vacation Villa that I post a thread earlier and use cut and paste to post for the Club De Soleil. I forgot to change the Westgate to Club De Soleil. Thanks for correcting. I’m however not sure how to edit the post to correct it.
