4 weeks per year (1 red season , 2 white or blue season, 1 week 45 days or less any season.

Buyer to pay closing ($275 to LTTransfers), Transfer fee ($100 to Bluegreen) and MFs for 2020 use ($1150-1200).
All 4 weeks available for 2020.
