Timeshare – Palace View South by Spinnaker
2 br, 2 bath annual floating red time located in Branson, Missouri. Fees current and no mortgage. Annual Maintenance fee $541.Resort requires new owner to pay $1500 to be applied to future maintenance fees. This is a requirement of the resort but the timeshare is essentially free to the new owner. An administrative transfer fee of $125 will be paid by the current owner.

Branson offers great entertainment, golf and outlet shopping. Many other attractions are nearby including lakes, zip line, scenic railway and dinosaur museum.

Just to clarify, this offer DOES comply with the forum rules, because the payment of the future MF is required by the resort, and the owner is not keeping the usage of future years.

Branson is a great place for those interested in outdoor activities. The Ozark Mountains offer great hiking. There is fishing, boating, water skiing, scuba, parasail, kayaking, and biking
 
Lots of family entertainment in the area including the Branson Ferris Wheel and Silver Dollar City
 
Does this trade with il or rci? Does it trade well?

It currently is banked with RCI weeks but I think the resort will also do II.
It runs around 18 trading power (I will double check that).
