SMOKING DEAL! CAN'T BEAT FREE!
"The Colonnade" in Branson. Floating Red Week (high season) 2 Bedroom Lockout. Recently refurbished. RCI Silver Crown Resort (weeks program, but apparently one can convert to points - not sure how much it cost). LOW yearly maintenance fees - only $410. Buyer responsible for title transfer, and resort transfer (if there's a charge - will check with management. May be free, as well). Off the Branson "strip" but close to theaters, dining. Lake nearby, as well as Silver Dollar City.

Can you tell me exactly where this resort is located or give me a website?

Being as we've never actually BEEN to Branson or stayed at The Colonnade, I'm not able to personnally describe it or where it is located in relation to other major areas of Branson (I inherited the timeshare from my folks who stayed there every year; I, however, live in Seattle, and used it for trading on RCI). Been tempted to go in October - I understand the fall colors are amazing.

Here is the description of the resort on MyResortNetwork.com:

The Colonnade is nestled in the heart of the theater and shopping district just one block from highway 76 within walking distance of many theaters and outlet malls. The central and strategic location coupled with the luxurious accommodations, provides the ideal setting to rest, relax and explore Branson. Branson offers visitors natural beauty and an abundance of outdoor recreational activities. Fill your days exploring nature, visiting amusement parks, shopping at outlet malls and spend your evenings being entertained in the live entertainment capital of America. This timeshare resort offers hotel units, one and two bedroom condominiums with carpet, telephone, dishwasher, kitchen, microwave, and air conditioning. Springfield/Branson Airport is 50 miles away.

I know that as they are remodeling/updating, they are phasing out the hotel units, and converting it to condominiums/timeshare units.

The address/phone number is:
The Colonnade (RCI Resort #3992)
245 Jess Jo Parkway
Branson, MO 65616 USA
Resort telephone number: 417/336-6288
Resort Fax Number: 417/336-6398

Like I said, the dues were so low, we held on to this and traded every year with RCI (it has a Silver Crown rating). But we attended a Hilton Grand Vacations Club presentation at this year's exchange (The Hilton Waikoloa on Big Island), and would like to sell/give this one away if we can and look into buying 5000/7000 points at Hilton. Our dues will DOUBLE (ouch!)!

Spoke to The Colonnade today and found out that I can deed our timeshare unit back to them for $100, and since I contacted them prior to the end of the year, I do not need to pay the maintenance fees due 1/1. Whew....so glad!
