In 2020, Bonnet Creek is $6.22/K + program fee (varies based on total points owned and whether you are PlusPartners enrolled; there is an annual minimum). For a comparison CWA which is considered "average-ish" is $6.28+Program Fee. I *think* that EOY deeds are set up to pay for half of the owned points each year, but each year will be charged at least the minimum annual program fee.

Assuming you don't own any other Wyndham points, it would be $6.22 * 110 + $160 for 2020, or $844.20. That's a total cost of $7.67/K, which most would consider a little high. If you *do* own about 260K Wyndham points already (so are only paying the marginal Program Fee), this would add $752/year to your budget.
