Bluegreen Vacation Resorts - Unlimited Usage / Points

Vacation Choices Range from single bedroom rooms to 5 bedroom houses.

Year Round Availability - Make your reservation whenever you desire to go on a vacation.

Maintenance Fees - 2015 MF has been paid. $646.80. Will consider splitting 2016 fees.

Usage - Once sale is complete you will immediately have 3500 points.

Resort Locations - It will be easier to check out the companies website to view pictures of each resort. They are constantly being updated and all include fully stocked kitchens. Each year new resorts are purchased or built to expand your vacation desires. Today there are 60 resort destinations but you also have the ability to use your points towards cruises, RCI, and other options.

Information you need to know to sell your Bluegreen Points


I saw this listed in the Bluegreen Facebook page and it really describes what you need to know to sell or give away your Bluegreen Timeshare.
People who are buying/taking your ownership want and need this information

Here is the post

"Call BG and ask them the following questions:
Home Resort,
Week # Unit #,
Trust Fund, Sales Type, Anniversary Date,
MF due date,
Number of points in the account (annual or saved) and when they expire,

List all of this as I did above with the details of WHO (you or the buyer) pays the transfer fee. (Currently $450)
Makes everything go faster.

Once you have the information, Repost with the details like I did in a list format so everyone can read it easily."

There is a $450 transfer fee charged by BG and there is no need for the added expense of another title company since you do not have an actual deed to transfer.

Please forgive me. This contract is for 3500 points annually? I'm interested in this contract for The Club at Big Bear Village. I live in Southern California. So I was a little confused about how many annual points its for.
