Free 9000 bluegreen points that are ever year points on Jan. 1st.

Buyer agrees to play closing costs/transfer fees.

This is good at any bluegreen resort.

Please ask questions, and I will try to answer in a timely manner.

Thanks.

That's a great question. I am assisting a new client, and haven't gotten all the information yet. I am going to email her and ask her any and all questions asked... Thanks for looking. I will reply with an answer as soon as I have one.

Thanks,

I'm one of the cynical ones - are you getting a fee for helping this client off load her timeshare? If so, I am not sure this is not a commercial transaction which then does not belong on this particular board section.

We are not charging the seller a fee to sell the timeshare, only asking that they use our services for the closing/processing, etc.

From what I have seen in this industry in the short time I have been involved is that people SHOULD be cynical and leary. After reading all the horror stories on here and elsewhere there are alot of scammers that prey on timeshare owners. I hope this clears things up.

If this is a points transfer, your closing company will have to go through Bluegreen's authorized closing company for all your transfer paperwork, it is not something your company will be able to produce.

Thanks for the information Dave, we are learning as we go, and don't claim to be anything close to experts.

Just curious why you don't sign your name to your posts. I know it is not required, but I have seen you mention making a business in timeshares and part of that is building trust. I have a hard time trusting someone with business stuff who doesn't show their name.

Good question. Please check the orginal purchase paperwork and see if it was recorded in the court house. I am not sure if Bluegreen does that or not.

Bluegreen does not record points. Bluegreen is a trust and you are provided rights to your allotment of points that you hold. The paperwork is actually called an Assignment of Owners Beneficiary Rights.

They do have Deeded weeks, but those are not part of the trust. When the OP said 9000 points, it is a trust product.

There are different trusts within Bluegreen right? From the very very little i know of bluegreen i believe these different trusts have different Maintenance percentages, or something like that....i wonder which trust this is in

Yes, there are I believe 5 different trusts and for a current owner it makes a huge difference. Most are Trust Fund "E" which is the most common, but there are others with different rates for maintnenace fees

Lisa - Commercial users are not permitted to use a business signature - it is considered advertising.
