I would like to give away my POINTS timeshare. I have had this for years and do not use it. It is deeded for a week in Charleston, SC at the Lodge Alley Inn.
The annual fees that were paid 12-3-19 are due in Nov ea yr and amount to $526. 8000 points available for use now !

I will give this to anyone that is willing to pay the associated fees. If you are seriously interested please email me at tciscel1@att.net

If this works for you, you may also be interested in additional that my son foolishly bought, when I let him use my time.
My mother is currently paying to try and get rid of hers....not this guy!

Thank you GrayFal
Someone can surely benefit from this....I have never been able to plan my time to get those benefits from it. Some of the resorts are very nice.

8,000 points can get you a studio or one bedroom in Aruba for about half the year.
Bonus time at Lodge Alley for $59,$69 per night 42 days out.
Where is your son deeded? And how many points? Even though you could have to pay $450 x 2 to transfer the ownerships Bluegreen would combine into one account so you pay one base fee and then the per point fee.

Thinking he purchased his for Myrtle Beach where he stayed using my points. He's in Alaska in the military and not able to get the use much either because of the cost of flights for the family.....
My mother's is also Charleston and has 30K points

Hi, Corvette. Someone asked this same question earlier but you didn't answer. I found an example that you could follow:

Each points contract is backed up by a specific unit and time segment. This is spelled out in our Certificate of Beneficial Ownership which we get instead of an actual deed. The unit is deeded to Bluegreen. Mine reads "The Hammocks at Marathon, 304HA/26." The thinking at Bg is that the "HA" means handicap accessible.

This example gives a lot of info. In my case, my husband uses a scooter! Also, knowing a certain week would be available is also important. And do you know if the points are in "E"?

Hello,
I'm interested as long as your time share will match/work with my existing ownership.

would you please let me know if you are in trust fund E?
your deed or paperwork will say something like "part E of the trust fund budget"

also your ownership should say something like 22113s/7F this states if your ownership is annual or even/odd year?

I don't know much about Bluegreen, but if you can use this at Lodge Alley--I just wanted to say that we stayed there once and it was GREAT. Lovely room, very nice staff, and FANTASTIC location.

For those that have recently inquired. I apologize for any delays. Crazy busy at work. Don't get to this email and site often enough.

It is still available. I didn't see these posts until arriving at work. I have the documents on the counter at the house. I can update any questions.

I emailed you but I am not interested in Biannual points. I do recommend those for people who have never used timeshares because you have 2years (usually 1 good trip) to travel. I started that way but now use them frequently and want to build my points with annual points. There are 2 types of deeds. The older ones are for fixed property and fixed weeks. New deeds that have been issued for years now are connected to a property (they have to be) but the points can be used anywhere within the Bluegreen properties.

I agree with you, GrayFal, wouldn’t it be nice if the sellers, (especially TUG guests) could understand that this information -even half of what you had listed- would be most helpful for potential Buyers such as myself. I have sent several pm/conversations to a handful of guest sellers here on TUG requesting answers similar to your questions . Of my inquiries sent, more than half the Guests are still gathering TS ownership specifics and hopefully they will get back with me.

Perhaps there can be TUG form outline for those who are posting their Bargains/Classified?

I also ask if they would let me know If:when:how much $ the last Special Assessment Fees-and for what improvements to the property.

Thank you GrayFal for your much detailed outline.
