8,000 points on odd years (just refilled)
The account is deeded at Laurel Crest resort in Pigeon Forge, TN week 31 in unit 7305 which is a one bedroom Deluxe Villa that sleeps 4. If you were to use this for a Priority Use booking, it would be for a seven-night stay during week 31 (late July - early Aug based on check-in date) on the odd year.
Points can be used at any Bluegreen resort (there are currently 65 different locations listed on their website)at any time during the year for no additional cost.
Mortgage is paid in full.
Trust Fund is E
Sales Type is Y
Annual Maintenance Fees and Real Estate taxes are $569.60 and according to the sales type those would be due Nov 15.
I've enjoyed this vacation club, but it was purchased with a former girlfriend 10 years ago and we're both ready to release it. While we considered trying to sell it, we felt like we've gotten our use out of it, and wanted to be rid of the joint obligation sooner rather than wait for a buyer.
We're willing to use any Title Transfer partner if buyer will cover that cost. If buyer would like us to cover that cost we'll need to find a TUG recommended partner.
We'd like the buyer to pay the 2017 Fees, but we're willing to pay those if we can use the points for this year.
Let's make a deal
