If this if "free" you should put "free" in the title - instead of "for sale," just to make it a bit more attractive.

If it is deeded for week 6, it is most likely a "Silver" season which allows you to book in the window of weeks 1-9. Marriott guarantees that you will be able to book one of these weeks, but you may not get the one you want if you are late to call.

I hope this helps. There was one of these on E-bay earlier in the year that sold for over $1,000. However, lately they are not selling for much.

A generous offer and hopefully a happy owner will be found.

This timeshare is in the process of having the deed transferred. TUG and the people here are great!!

I have deleted several off-topic posts by an individual who re-registered to avoid suspension. Since this TS has been given away, I'm closing the thread.

and I deleted the rest of the nonsense...im glad the OP was able to find a new owner for this property through TUG...and im sorry for the headache.
