2 Bedroom with lockout, full kitchen, laundry. Enjoy beautiful sunset views on Assawoman Bay. Great location near popular amusement park. Indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and boat dock. December week--Ocean City has become a year-round resort area and it's nice to travel there off-season. Will pay closing costs and 2012 maintence fee of $550.
