FREE - Barrier Island Station Resort, Duck, NC - Under new ownership!

I have owned the timeshare for over 9 years and been some amazing places through the RCI points; Greece, Las Vegas, Chicago and more! Sadly, my travel is very limited now and has been for the past two years. OR
Week 48 is beautiful getaway on the Outer Banks, where my father lived before passing away. He purchased the timeshare for me as a gift.
Unit #803 - 3 BR/ 3BA

Completely paid off unit
MF - $830 - paid thru 2020
Assessment - $2,200. Can be paid over 4 years at $550/yr. I am willing to negotiate and help with this assessment. I believe this assessment is a well needed one. I can provide financials for it as well. Even the new website is a huge improvement!
Closing costs negotiable.
