I'm helping some friends transfer their timeshare in Banff, AB, Canada. The details are as follows:

- 1BR - sleeps 4
- Annual fixed week 22 - use in 2020 is May 31-Jun 7
- first usage is 2020
- MFs were $1166 CDN (approx $898 USD) in 2020
- Resort transfer fee is $367.50 CDN
- 2020 usage included as part of the change and will not need to be reimbursed
- Ownership is a RTU so transfer should be reasonably simple
- RTU ends 2025 but could could be renewed for another 20 years if Parks Canada renews the lease agreement (since the resort is located in a national park)

If interested, please send a PM

I just bought a (nother) week at BRMR in November and the transfer fee was still $175 + tax (CAD), so hopefully that's still true today... a good deal since 2020 use is included - good luck with the giveaway! Might consider listing it in some Facebook buy/sell groups and Kijiji, too, or stick it on eBay with a starting bid of $1 and see...
