We own week 3, which is great for skiing, or you can use up to 104,000 points (52K a year) to stay in one of the other resorts in the catalog. The points can be used to book a vacation anytime during the year. Maintenance fees are $700 per year. Due to increasing medical bills we can't afford the fees anymore.
