I have a few questions for you. Does this timeshare allow me to convert the week into points? If so how many is it for either II or RCI? Also, are you able to purchase last calls with cash for II and RCI with membership? Are you willing to pay the closing cost?

For this timeshare, weeks can not be converted to points. Last calls can be purchased for cash for participating resorts.

At this time, I am not paying closing costs, but will cap at $480

I own there but I own a 4 BR lockoff. I would imagine the 2 BR units are 2BR lockoff units that can be used as 2 one bedroom units. If so do both units have full kitchens or is one a full kitchen and one a limited kitchen? The only way to convert to RCI points would be through the developer which would be thousands in either a new purchase or a straight conversion. I haven't used RCI but summer weeks trade very well through II.

At this resort, all units are two bedroom. For the 4br, you have access to the two 2br units in the building.
The summer weeks do trade well in both; but I too preferred II trades.

I also own at this resort, though it might be a different phase. Mine is a 4 BR LO EOY, which winds up being an upper level and lower level set of two 2 BRs, one with a full kitchen and one with a partial one. I've seen 2 BR weeks for sale at the resort on eBay and at TSN, but have no experience with how those relate to the 4 BR ones.

Exactly like this one. The partial kitchen has a cooktop, not a range, so you don't get the oven. For us, we usually don't use the oven anyway. Still has full fridge, microwave and usually a dishwasher (dishwasher not guaranteed but most have one).

What does a 4 BR get you when you trade through II ?

The resort is a premier II resort, so I can see an awful lot of Marriott and Vistana resorts with it as well as a lot of elite II resorts. I generally trade in II by depositing as two 2 BR weeks; it's less expensive overall to do that and pay an upgrade fee if I need/want a bigger unit.

I get 102k II points each 2BR, so a total of 204k II points for each 4BR. If you don’t have II points, you can also get an II gold weeks account for two (2) shorter stays, even two (6) six-day stays at Marriotts and Vistanas.

One more question, will the buyer be paying the following fees in addition to the closing cost?

$325
