This studio unit has a king bed and a sleeper sofa. It also has a partial kitchen.
Available amenities are free continental breakfast, grills, swimming pool, exercise equipment, sauna, hot tub, playground area and free laundry facilities. There are free bicycles to use and equipment for various activities.
The location is an easy walk (.5 miles) to Heavenly Village and the casinos.
Ways you can use this timeshare:
Member use week: The traditional seven consecutive night stay (you can book up to two years in advance).
Split weeks: Reserve the week in split parts. One three-day and one four-day reservation per year. One of the reservations has to fall on a weekend.
Day use: Take a day trip to Tahoe and use the common areas at the Americana for free.
Bonus Time: Call starting 11 days from desired check-in date to see if any unused owner time is available. Bonus time is low-cost for owners and stays can be for up to four nights.
Trade: Use the week to trade into different timeshare resorts.
We have used this timeshare for almost 20 years, but life changes have resulted in the need for us to give this unit to someone else to enjoy.
