Blue Ridge Mountains
Northwest Georgia

Perfect vacation spot for the nature lovers, with numerous waterfalls in the area, mountain hiking trails, and the Chatahoochie River runs right through the middle of the town. Also a great spot for the motorcycle enthusiast with twisting scenic mountain roads.
The town of Helen is modeled after the Swedish Alpinevillages and is complete with an 18 bell glockenspiel.

BUYER PAYS CLOSING COSTS AND TRANSFER FEE.

How much are the maintenance fees, taxes, etc, and are they paid annually or bi-annually? - Maintenance and taxes together are annual $650/year

# of Beds/Baths? - 2 bedrooms/2 baths

Floating or Fixed Weeks? - fixed week 18
