What are the home resorts and specific Priority Use Periods for those contracts?

I am new at TUG so I hope this is the Private Message section. Maintenance Fees are based on points. I have not received the invoice for 2026 as yet but I believe they will be around $11,600.00.

We are Platinum Members and with 95K points we could go most anywhere anytime. We purchased everything at Big Cedar in Missouri which is one of the top resorts.

I am a little scared of this. I don't want to get into a contract with a 3rd party sales group. I would just like to find an owner who wants the extra points without having to purchase a mortgage. Also, I know, in this day and age it is unusual, but I am not on Facebook.

These are just two guys that help facilitate the sale. They don’t charge. They have a good reputation for helping. It’s your decision

You would have to go on facebook and send them a message through Bluegreen resort addicts. Or Bluegreen points for sale. Kevin Collins or Scott Wilson

Regardless of the fact that points can be used to go all throughout their system., each BlueGreen points contract has an underlying home resort (often different from the location where the sale took place) and specific weeks/days in a specific unit that can be reserved prior to the points reservation window. This information can help with a sale/giveaway because those specifics are often of interest to some potential owners who really want a specific resort/week/unit size.

Thank you for the link. Unfortunately, and this is going to make me sound extremely OLD, but I am not on FaceBook LOL. My niece is going to get me setup this weekend. I am hoping to join under the Bluegreen Resort Addicts page. I sincerely appreciate everyone's help as I am such a novice.

That’s great!

At one time I had 160,000 BG Points and I sold all of them thru this group and others.
And with your ownership “deeded” at Big Cedar, there will definitely be interest.

From what I understand, only old people are on Facebook;)
 
I have not forgotten your help. I am still not on facebook but I am working on it. There does not seem to be enough hours in a day ;(
 
If you are still trying to find buyers it might be better to offer the two deeds for sale individually.
95,000 points with 5-figure combined maintenance is a rather large commitment to take on.
