Available for free transfer is a fully paid-off biennial allotment of 7,980 Monarch Grand Vacations points (now managed under the Hilton Grand Vacations portfolio).
* Home Resort: Palm Canyon Resort
*Points Balance: 7,980 points awarded every other year (Biennial).
*Maintenance Fees: $1,093.24 annually. All fees are completely current.
*Mortgage: $0 Paid in full with clear title.
*Usage: Access to the Monarch Grand Vacations resort network (including Locations in California, Nevada, and Utah) with options to exchange through external networks.
The Catch: There isn't one. I am looking to exit timeshare ownership and am willing to give this entire contact away for free to a new owner.
Closing Terms:
