Update: transaction closed successfully through JRA Services. Buyer and closing co. were a pleasure to work with. After not knowing much at all about the timeshare market, I backed my in-laws out of $5k postcard seminar deal, spent a few days of research on tugbbs, and got out of the timeshare for ~$800 all said and done, while making a willing buyer happy. Thanks TUG!
