This is a Diamond Resorts Hawaiian Collection membership contract. You will receive 3500 points per year to use at the Diamond Resorts Hawaiian Collection. I am giving this away along with a $500 incentive as I already have another timeshare and don't use this one.

Annual Maintenance for 2012 has been paid and all 3500 points for 2012 are available for use or save for 2013.

Typical annual maintenance fees are $675 (this is the amount of the 2012 annual fee minus the special assessment & 'The Club' membership).

As this is a membership contract, you do not own any real property. Therefore, there are no property taxes to be paid and no escrow to go through. Transfer of the membership points to you is simple. No escrow, closing or deed filing is needed. There is simply a transfer document and fee ($250) that will transfer the points into your name. This form and fee is filed with Diamond Resorts directly. I will pay the transfer fee of $250 for you so you are essentially getting the 3500 points for no up front cost.

Lastly, I am willing to give the buyer $500 to help offset the 2013 maintenance fees. Basically, 3500 points at Diamond Resorts Hawaiian Collection at no cost and $500 in your pocket.

Can you combine the 3500 points membership with other diamond resorts memberships?

According to the Diamond rep I spoke with, if you already own points in the Diamond system, then these points would combine with your existing points. If you are already a member of 'the club' then these points could be used anywhere within the Diamond system just like your current points.

If your membership with Diamond is via a specific deeded timeshare unit, then I am not sure how these points would work with your existing unit. I would recommend you ask that question to a Diamond rep who can answer based on your specific ownership status.
