FREE 35,000 annual Bluegreen points deeded at Laurel Crest

FREE- 35,000 Annual Points.
Sales Type "A" /Trust Fund “E.”

Will add buyer to account (as authorized user) for immediate use of the 2021 points. Maintenance Fees ($2562.58) are billed in the month of December and due no later than January 15th. Buyer only pays Bluegreen transfer fee of $500 AND start use in 2021
9immediately).

The total cost of the above will be listed as purchase price in sales agreement so buyer is protected if BG decides to exercise ROFR. Which means buyer gets reimbursed by Bluegreen all money spent to purchase if ROFR.

16/803-B is deeded at Laurel Crest week is 16, Unit 803B and is 7,000 Points Annual.
22/800-B is deeded at Laurel Crest week is 22, Unit 800-B and is 7,000 Points Annual.
40/4207L is deeded at Laurel Crest, week 40, Unit 4207 and is 9,000 Points Annual
48/7201A is deeded at Laurel Crest, week 48, unit 7201A and is 7.000 Points Annual.
48/7201B is deeded at Laurel Crest, week 48, unit 7201B and is 5,000 Points Annual

Inn at the Opera, Grand;view for RCI points - 196000 , Hyatt Carmel, Hyatt Sedona
I am interested in Charleston and Seattle. Do these points cover a week in both places? ( I don't know a thing about the Bluegreen system except that I can rent from a gal who can use her points to reserve in Charleston for the Spoleto festival in late May/early June) and I think that it is BG that covers the unit in Seattle that lets me go to operas there as well.)

Thank you @Sattva but Bluegreen exercised ROFR on 4/17. About 50 days after submission.
