It is free standing and is cottage number 10. It is a fixed week, but trades pretty easily for a cottage in March, April, or the fall. If we do this, we get a different cottage, but they are all the same inside. We always went the week of our kid's spring break. It has a screened in porch and fireplace. The only reason we are getting rid of it is because we now live in Hilton Head and don't use it.

At which course is golf included? Is it for two rounds each day, please?

Golf package

The golf is at Shipyard and Port Royal, and it is for green fees for 4 people daily. You still pay for the cart.

I'm interested and want to speak to my golfer husband about your timeshare.
Do you mind saying how much the current cart fees are and what the view of the condo is?
Is the condo on one level? Or are there stairs?

Floor plan

The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main floor with another bedroom and bath upstairs. The master on the first floor has a king size bed and the washer and dryer in a large closet. All bedrooms have their own tv. The best view is from the screened in porch, which has a lagoon behind it. Unit 10 is directly across from one of the pools, a jacuzzi, and the gas grills. The cottage also has a wetbar and fireplace.

Port' O Call

Hi

Is this unit handicap accessible? I know the units in the buildings have steps to get to the elevator.

I may have a friend who is interested.

Thanks

Porto' Call

This is a free standing cottage with no elevator. It has 3 steps to get into the cottage, then the master is on the first level. There are stairs to get to the 3rd bedroom, but no other interior stairs.

Barb,

When trading back into Port O call, is it via internal trading, or did you trade through RCI or Interval? I am assuming MF are due Jan 2016? Thanks.

Trading

When trading for a different week, it is through RCI. Maintenance fees for 2016 are due in December.
