To make this completely hassle-free and zero-cost for you, we will personally pay for 100% of the closing costs, deed preparation, and the official Massanutten resort transfer fee.

If you love winter sports, Week 4 puts you at Massanutten during prime skiing and snow tubing season. If you prefer to travel elsewhere, this specific winter floating week carries strong trading power (58,500 RCI points annually). You can easily deposit it into RCI to trade for thousands of other resorts worldwide.
Transfer Process:
We will use a reputable, TUG-preferred licensed closing company (like LT Transfers) to handle the legal deed transfer safely and correctly. I will cover their fee entirely.
