The 2025 maintenance fees of $1,240.00 have been paid so if purchased it's yours to use or trade in 2025. No maintenance fees will be due again until January of 2027. I will pay all transfer fees using LT transfers. The unit can be split into a studio and one bedroom when trading with II. Truly a unique opportunity in the heart of Florida!
