I have owned this unit for over 10 years and have had magnificent trades with my family through Interval International. We have stayed at Hyatt Pinon Point in Sedona, Captiva Island, Disney Marriotts, Marriott Ft.Lauderdale and Hilton Head Island, and Breckenridge. We also receive bonus weeks each time we deposit with II. Kids are grown and we do not use it like we did when they were young. Ready to pass it on to another party. Maintenance fees are paid for 2020 so your first year at resort is covered March 14-21. I did not deposit 2020 with II.
Located in the mountain region of North Carolina, Lake Lure offers beauty and serenity - perfect for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just steps from your door, you'll find wooded trails for leisurely walks and vigorous hikes. Foxrun overlooks picturesque Lake Lure and two 18-hole golf courses - the ideal setting for boating, fishing, and golfing. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an adjoining dining area. Foxrun provides spacious, comfortable accommodations for a memorable vacation.
I will pay for transfer fees and costs.

That is a very generous offer at a lovely resort where I have owned. I would grab it if I weren't moving to the area...thanks to enjoying so much of the region when visiting Foxrun. Btw what is your fixed week number, and what was your most recent annual maint fee? TUGgers will be asking you that, so you might want to tweak your posting. Happy holidays!

Definitely a generous off, and with a free stay there thrown in. It is getting more expensive to own just for trading...with II exchange fee now over 200 bucks...but still, for a two br that trades well, this is something a TUGger could enjoy both for use and for trading. I have no skin in this game, btw...but I have a fondness for this resort. I stayed at all the Fairfield/Wyndhams in NC, before buying Foxrun...and then as an owner there, I got to explore the region and now am transitioning there. (That's how I ended up in SC...visiting resort towns using timeshares...but now I'm pretty tired of hurricane evacuations!)
