After many enjoyable summers in the Vail Valley, it is time for us to part with our Vail timeshare.
Cost: FREE! (no additional fees except optional discounting closing fee of $250. (See details below) We will pay 2016 MFs, transfer, and recording fees)

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Unit, approx 850 sq ft.
Annual Usage, Floating Summer Week, weeks 23-39, excluding 4th of July week
Maintenance fees are currently $868 annually,
billed as 2 payments of $434 in January and July
***We will pay the maintenance fees in full for 2016, and the 2016 use week is yours at no charge.***
First year of use is 2016. We currently have a reservation for July 15-July 22, 2016, and this can be easily changed as needed.

Optional for you:
Reduced closing fee of $250 with JRA Services. If you prefer, we can do the paperwork ourselves and there will be no cost to you. We have a complete set of the necessary forms and deed from JRA because of a previous (EBay) buyer who disappeared before completing the transaction.
