We LOVE our Wyndham ownership, but have too many timeshares and not enough vacation time to enjoy them!

Please let me know if you are interested -- would like them to both go at the same time:

154,000 UDI points every year -- deeded in Myrtle Beach - Seawatch
154,000 UDI points every even year -- deeded in Myrtle Beach - Ocean Blvd.

Current MF are $128/month total.

I'm not sure what costs are involved with transferring to new owner.

This will get moved. Lots of people love MB and want ARP. Count on 4-6 months to get it out of your name. If you bought from Wyndham, you can use Certified Exit. They will give you usage for three years on Seawatch for free. They will not do that for OB though. But this way stops the MF much faster.

Maybe break down the MF per resort.

It will be around $200 for closing and then $299 for the transfer to Wyndham. LT Transfers is great.
