Looking to give away 2 timeshares. Looking to get rid of them both as a 'package' to someone.

Club Wyndham Old Town Alexandria VA - 154,000 points (enough for a 1 bedroom unit in prime weeks)
Maintenance Fees are $93.23/month ($1,119/year)
Use year is Oct to Sept each year
Have a current reservation for Nov 2022 (will pay for maintenance fees until Oct 2023)

Timeshare 2
Vacation Village at Bonaventure, Ft. Lauderdale - 2 bedroom timeshare week 12 ( late June)
Maintenance Fees are $1,200/year.
No pending reservations
Will pay maintenance fees (due Jan 2023) for the upcoming year
This 2 bedroom is a lock-out, so it can be deposited with RCI for one week as a two-bedroom unit or as (2) one-bedroom units for 2 weeks of exchanges.

Will pay closing costs, real estate taxes and their company transfer fees

One clarification - 154,000 points (enough for a 1 bedroom unit in prime weeks) = a 1 bedroom unit at Old Town Alexandria. I assume other resorts have different point requirements for a week of a one bedroom.

We tried for twenty years to trade into old town Alexandria. Only time we got close was the government shut down in 2013. Sure would have grabbed these when we were younger
