Yeah but they wanted a $600 processing fee, and $100 transfer fee (I think the transfer fee is only $50) so really at $400 plus this years MF's. It isn't a bad deal but it wasn't really $76

Correct, 76 purchase price. Paying the. 600 and 100 isn’t bad at all. I saw a 98K GV go for 650 + 222 RCI with free closing and transfer. Considering many of the GV 2 bedrooms at 122K go for 1500 plus closing and transfer, the woodstone seemed to be a steal. I would have rather one that than the RV i think lol

This is a weeks resort RCI. Gold Crown. I am willing to pay all fees as well as legal fo transfer. Is paid in full and both are deeded. Week 20 for upper and lower luxury Woodstone, updated.
Has great trading power and is a Gold Crown. So my deal is the best I believe.
