Unit #: 329/330 (Top floor corner penthouse unit)

Maintenance Fee: $1200

First Usage: 2022

Buyer pays closing cost

Seller will prepay 2022 maintenance fee once buyer puts closing costs in escrow (free 2022 usage for buyer!)

Closing company to be mutually agreed to between buyer and seller.

Henry, can you give me any more info about this resort? Is it now the Limetree? Does it trade with RCI or II, and if so, points or weeks? How many points? Do you have a closing cost estimate? Thanks!

Hello.

Sorry but this unit has been sold.

To answer your questions though, it trades as a week with both RCI and II. It is not a points resort, it's not the Limetree, and the closing costs were around $400.
