MF for 2019: $556 (same as 2018)
No special assessments due

I paid the MF for 2019 so you just need to reimburse me the $556 if you wish to use it this year.
If you don't want/need the 2019 week I will use it and your first use year will be 2020.

I usually deposit this week with TPI (Trading Places International) and trade into Hawaii.

I will split closing costs with buyer if we use http://www.lttransfers.com/index-2.html Your half should be less than $150. Will check to see if the resort charges any transfers fees on Tuesday.

I deeded it back to the resort. I only paid a small fee for recording & transfer. About $200 or so.
