Hello - I am helping my parents sell their timeshare in Orlando, FL!
Below are the relevant details:
- Resort name: Las Palmeras from HGV
- Location: Orlando, FL
- Points: 5,440 points (buyer will have all 2025 points available for use)
- Weeks: Gold tier with Weeks 1 - 5, 18 - 21, 35 - 50
- Frequency: Annually
- Unit size: 1BR
- Maintenance Fee: $1,575 (Due in Jan 2025, but seller will cover this 100%!)
- Loan: 100% already paid off
- Title transfer: Seller will use reputable title company (LT Transfers) and cover this cost
- HGV transfer costs: Seller will cover activation costs. Currently estimated at ~$1,100 and the additional estoppel fee (~$70)
