Did you mention what the most recent maintenance fee was?

Have you stipulated who will pay the closing costs? You mentioned the resort transfer fee but not the closing costs.

No closing costs are needed, since it's a RTU.

This is a beautiful resort and with RCI's 1 in 4 restriction on trading in, if you like the Caymans you'll want to own there. This is a great place to own as there is great snorkeling just outside your door on this stretch of beach.
I wish I could go there every year. Had a great time at Morritt's.

Happymum, if you haven't already, you might consider offering your unit to other owners on the Morritt's Owner's Forum ( http://morritts.17.forumer.com/ ). In December, when we no longer needed our 1BR at the resort, there were several owners who wanted it. It was a very easy transfer.

We really like the resort and Grand Cayman. Our problem was that a 1BR no longer fit the number of people who wanted to go down there!
